Selected Projects:

Rita Robinette provided market research data and GIS mapping services for a 500,000+ population region covering three counties as a member of a multi-organizational regional transportation planning study team, including regional council of government, counties, and local municipality planners.

Rita Robinette worked closely with site planners to help plan a major 180-acre Business and Industrial Park Development, including developing a market feasibility study and preliminary covenants and restrictions.

Jo Hickson completed master plans for the following greenway trails and parks:
  • 150-mile Coastal Georgia Greenway, through corridor linking SC to FLA through coastal GA
  • Established an itemized $40 million budget for trail construction
  • 16.5 mile Historic Savannah - Ogeechee Canal, Savannah
  • 5 mile Truman Linear Park linking Daffin Park to Lake Mayer Park, Savannah
  • 200-acre Tom Triplett Community Park (eligible for National Historic District listing for Civil War Era camp remains) includes 4 miles of trail and a 20 acre lake in the 200 acre park.
